Milo 🐕 and I absolutely loved this place. Wonderfully historic with a touch of modern flair, and genuinely one of the best coffees I’ve had in a long while. Dog friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend the smashed avo as the quality of the ingredients really stands out. Thank you Tristram for such a warm and inviting experience.

We stopped off for a Devonshire tea. Real jam and the yummiest real cream with vanilla bean. Sooo good. Loved the atmosphere and the service was fabulous. There were some great little nooks to sit at and the historic vibe was awesome. I just wanted to stay longer for the wine bar to open, but alas had to move on!!! I'll see you again soon I hope❤️❤️❤️

Tucked into the heart of historic Berrima, this beautifully preserved venue blends old-world charm with a warm, contemporary dining experience. I was warmly welcomed by Tristram, who provided impeccable service throughout my visit. The ambient features include sandstone walls, timber beams, and soft lighting to create an intimate, time-worn atmosphere that feels both elegant and welcoming. The private dining rooms add a sense of exclusivity—quiet, refined spaces perfect for celebrations or long, unhurried meals. It’s a place where history lingers in the air while offering an experience that feels both intimate and enduring. From my experience this is the service in Berrima I remember from years ago. Highly recommend.

After reading other reviews we booked here for lunch and it was fantastic. The food is exceptional, high quality ingredients, fresh and beautifully presented. We ordered the steak frites but opted for mash potatoes & leafy green salad - it was delicious. Also ordered was the grilled fish, with mash potatoes and leafy green salad. We both ordered the chocolate espresso pudding with a shot of espresso and we had this with macadamia ice cream. Hilton was the perfect host as were all the staff. Shout out to the chef who has created a beautiful menu and cooks each dish to perfection. There are plenty of dining options indoors or outdoors. It was such a lovely day today we opted to sit outside. We will definitely be returning here on our next day trip from Sydney. Highly recommend 10/10
