What people say
Well what a joke. $44 for an espresso martini and a beer. Its meant to be extra cold Then the kicker is you can come and get it in 5-10 minutes as we are short staffed. At those prices you should be overstaffed
Came off a 9hr 40 min flight from Japan and wanted a drink and something to eat before transfer. We sat down for 5 mins just adjusting ourselves before we ordered, only to have the staff member asked if we ordered, we said not yet and he said you need to order and walked off. Husband said screw that and went up and told him had you been polite we would have ordered, but we are going elsewhere ( not that he cared we did lol) - Oh and it was early morning most tables free so we were not holding anyone up. They should go to Japan and learn a thing or 2 about customer service and attitudes and how to conduct yourself. Already missing Japan’ service levels 😩
Get a place for a quick beer if you are waiting for a flight.only Beer on draft is Heineken but other wines and spirits are available
Worst restaurant in Sydney Ever! I’m waiting for 20mins and just ask when my meal will be ready. The manager told me that you can’t have your meal within 20mins. Are you serious? Is it your attitude to your customers without apology??? Blaming your customers??????? The food is completely cold, I even don’t know what did you cook in 20mins.
The Heineken beer was refreshing and definitely love the view, you can enjoy looking at the planes taking off. But the service is really poor. The Indian guy at the counter was unfriendly and was not really keen to take our orders. Will rather go somewhere else next time.
