Had the last flat white before leaving Sydney. The passion fruit muffin was also delicious.

Stopped here before a flight for a quick caffeine fix. Service wasn’t exactly warm… whatever happened to “service with a smile”? I ordered a cappuccino, which was fine, nothing to write home about, but it did the job. The almond croissant, however, was another story. Let’s just say it was harder than Mike Tyson in his prime, and it ended up in the bin. 🥊🥐 Not the best pre-flight experience, but at least the coffee didn’t miss its connection.

The shop is located after security, near gates 50-63 of Terminal 1. Good coffee, a variety of pastries, cozy ambience with airport-viewed windows, charming music and friendly staff. Ideal for a quick coffee break before departures.

If you’re passing through Sydney International Airport and need a caffeine fix, do yourself a favour and stop by Toby’s Estate in Terminal 1. Amid the hustle and bustle of international travel this café is a true gem. FELIX , one of the standout baristas, makes the ABSOLUTE BEST coffee… no exaggeration. Whether you’re after a silky flat white or a punchy espresso, his attention to detail and consistency are unmatched. You can taste the care in every cup. Despite the constant stream of travellers, his customer service is exceptional. The team handles high volumes with grace, efficiency, and genuine friendliness. It’s rare to find a spot in an airport that feels this welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates top-tier coffee and service that goes above and beyond, even when the pressure’s on.

I'm Korean and visited alone. The staff member, Ray, was very friendly and quick to help me with my personal requests. Thank you.
