This bakery was busy so that was an indication that it was going to be good .. we were not disappointed. It really was a combined cafe bakery had burgers & pork rolls. But it was the Pies that we came for and the were amazing.. I had curry , husband had steak & Mushroom & our friends had a traditional meat pie if you are a pie junkie this the place
Excellent across the board, good food, good service, easy access, good prices, worth the short wait. Food was fresh, well presented and good quality! I will be back.
Delicious food and coffee. At first glance this place looks like a big bakery, but it is so much more. Yes there are pies and sausage rolls, but also bahn mi, great coffee and burgers, wraps and chips. It was quite busy and at lunch time when we went but we got a table that was super clean, the service was great, the food came quickly, was cooked well and was fresh. And did I mention great coffee? And good prices! I was super pleased with the fantastic service and as someone who hates take away cups I was super happy when I was asked if I wanted my coffee in a real cup or takeaway 😀 we will be back and I would recommend this beautiful place 😀 thanks for the great food
Used to love coming here as quality was exceptional but the last two times have been down hill. Today, we threw out half a cheese and bacon sausage roll as it was over cooked and way too crunchy to eat. The cheese and bacon pie was then RAW inside so we sent it back. The caramel slice was the final straw of disappointment and might need its name reconsidered as that was definitely not the correct consistency but rather a powdered, clump of caramel covered in chocolate. The saving grace was the ice coffee which was delicious and my husbands pie with the lot which was okay. All in all, pretty average and definitely a drop in their standards.
Definitely worth stopping for. The chunky steak pie was very nice. Good chunks of meat and a tasty gravy. The coffee was delicious. While I didn't have any of the sweeties, there was a great selection and they looked really nice. The staff were friendly and the place had a really good vibe.
