We popped in here for coffee n ice cream, view is tops - staff were really nice which i wasn't expecting after reading the reviews lol - All in all we enjoyed our beverages and coffee Cheers Chilli!!!

We had a really disappointing experience today while ordering 2 coffees and 3 ice creams. The guys taking our order was extremely rude and completely disinterested. It felt like we were talking to a wall—he kept staring outside the store with a blank expression and made no effort to interact with us. He didn’t confirm our order, didn’t let us know of the final amount payable, and didn’t even call out when our order was ready, he just left the coffee on the side. Overall, the service was unprofessional and unacceptable. We left feeling frustrated😡

Goodness your ice was so fabulous!! But sack your staff, they both have had a personality bypass, No eye contact no please or thank you. The young guy was so silent, it was ridiculous. I work in retail and it’s a joy to speak to people. It’s like please get me out of here. You have amazing product. Your staff are shocking do something about it.!!

Right at the beach really convenient location but terrible customer service.. Girl taking my order asked me the same question three times. Why is it so hard to get TWO SMOOTHIES!! It seemed like she wasn't paying attention and when the wrong order came out they asked me if I want them to make the right one🙄 There comes Vanila shake instead of my Banana smoothie. Don't get smoothie here, it tastes just like their customer service.

Wondering if I could get reasonable coffee on the strip I wandered into this neat little gelato and coffee bar. Had a chat to Vince, he made me an awesome coffee and we had a chat, love the place, came back with Elle after dinner and had a lovely gelato. Excellent. Great staff, clean, great coffee and awesome gelato.
