Joy, Kabz, Kimmy & Lea were amazing! Highly recommend the venue for private functions ! Their gourmet pizzas are fresh out of the oven and their speciality cocktail menu are high value

Had my daughter’s 18th birthday party at Elsotano and it was great. We had over 100 kids, some were under 18 (most weren’t) and the staff had everything under control including RSA controls, ID checks, entry and exit points monitored as well. The team regularly circled the venue making sure all was in order. Food and beverage staff were professional and proactive, and the quality of food served was great. The venue presents really well, modern and clean. The event couldn’t have gone better, everyone was happy and the owners Kabs and Joy just made the whole experience EASY. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone that asked.

Whether you’re planning a celebration, a gathering, or just looking for a memorable experience, this place delivers on all fronts. But what truly made it unforgettable was the people. The owners are some of the warmest, kindest individuals I’ve ever met. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. They’re hands-on, accommodating, and truly passionate about what they do and it shows in every detail. The staff? Phenomenal. Friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. They were always one step ahead, making sure everyone was comfortable and had what they needed. It honestly felt like being looked after by a team of friends who just happen to be absolute pros at hospitality. It’s rare to find a venue that combines atmosphere, service, and heart so perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend this place to anyone and I’m already looking forward to the next time I get to go back!

I recently celebrated my 30th birthday at this venue, and it was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, everything was done with so much care and attention to detail. The food was incredible, and I especially loved the personalised drinks menu they created just for me — such a thoughtful touch! The decorations were stunning and really brought the whole event to life. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I loved every moment of it and couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone. Highly recommend this venue for any special occasion!
