One Shot Specialty

It’s rare to find a cafe in Sydney that matches and exceeds the quality of food served in NZ. Today I stumbled upon one such cafe around the corner from my office in Ultimo. The Pork Belly Benedict is as good if not better than Pikuniku (Auckland)👌🏽I know that’s a big statement…..come and try it💪🏽

Delicious food and the best, innovative drinks! The eggs Benedict was delicious and reasonably priced. Matcha coconut cloud is a must try. Lovely service and close to central station and broadway shopping centre.

Got a yuzu salmon bowl and a yuzu mont blanc. Both items were fairly standard; I appreciated the purple rice base, and the composition of the bowl. For the mont blanc I enjoyed the cold brew more than the cream top (it had a decent acidity but was fairly bland) but that may be personal preference. Service however was very good. They were training a new barista and the staff were very nice to both the customers and the barista. They have built up a community of regulars and it’s a cozy spot in the neighbourhood.

Tried this local favourite for the first time and totally get the hype! The staff are full of energy and make you feel genuinely welcome. My coffee and food were both spot on, you can taste the care and love that went into everything, even with a small team and kitchen. Such a great vibe all around, definitely one of those places you’ll want to come back to again and again

This place was recommended to us by a friend. I’m so glad we listened! Food was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and the price is affordable. I initially ordered the fried chicken rice but had to follow up with another order of the chilli scrambled egg because the food is that good. Can’t wait to come back💕
