Stumbled upon this place on a Friday night. Didn't leave until Sunday morning. Some life-changing experiences, none of which should be mentioned in public forums. However, the candles in the bathroom werr a great touch. Ask for the house special cocktails, it's not your mum's dark and stormy!

Worth the wait. Instantly welcoming, slightly chaotic, smells faintly of sarcasm and snacks. There’s usually music playing, but it’s either 2000s bangers or obscure folk from Kazakhstan. No in-between. Not officially licensed, but somehow always has a fridge full of mysterious beverages and a “signature cocktail” that changes every week. The bartender is also the DJ, therapist, trivia master, and part-time dance floor hype man. They listen well, pour heavy, and roast you just enough to keep your ego in check. A mix of lost souls, loyal regulars, and people who just came to borrow a charger and ended up staying for seven hours and a heartfelt conversation about the meaning of socks. Every night ends with a dramatic reading of old text messages and a group decision about whether we should order pizza or learn Spanish. Would 100% stumble back in at 2am shouting “one more round!” even though it’s a Tuesday and I have work in the morning. A+ establishment. Must visit. BYO emotional baggage.

We had a great time. Good company, great music. Discovered a song called 'Rattlesnake' by King Lizzard and the Gizzard Wizard. Changed my Spotify playlists for life
