Prociutto Pear on Sourdough The pear was slightly roasted with sugar, very moist and with just the right amount of sweetness. Paired with the salty and fragrant Prociutto, it was unexpectedly delicious. Both of these special drinks (Iced Rose Black Einspenner and Matcha Monster )are very good. When I ordered, the clerk recommended their latte art to me, saying that the latte art guy in the shop won first place in the Sydney latte art competition. We ordered a labubu and unicorn , and it felt really good and the price was very reasonable

Good coffee good iced matcha Why not 5 stars ?? Because of multiple things with the food. The bread on mushroom was a white sourdough and hard as rock, required muscles to break it. A good chef knows how to serve a softer healthier bread. The mushroom and the cheese were deep fried. Makes it a bad tasting combo and an unhealthy Choice. The only good thing was poached eggs which i can even make at home. Horrendous experience. My friends plate had horrible tasting vegetables. Salmon didn’t go well with the omelette. Overall 0 i won’t be coming here again

Korean cafe with some amazing drinks!!! They just released a new Matcha Monster drink which uses 3 types of matcha. Theyve also got a cherry matcha and I enjoyed the added sourness from it. My fav was the Iced Einspanner which is white coffee with salted hazelnut cream. That cream is SOOOOO GOOD. Great spot for brunch, they do savoury dishes too like a prawn and salmon roe pasta. Generous prawns with a rich tomato sauce 😋 Full review at @obesi.chi on Insta 😊

Matcha monster while it has 3 types of matcha, it was super sweet. Almost like a matcha milkshake with how sweet and creamy it was. It's honestly perfect for me, but if you're used to a more bitter and earthy tasting matcha this might be too sweet for you. Pineapple ham & cheese croissant, a banging sweet and salty combo. Never would've thought to use pineapple jam, but it works . Perfect amount of all 3 ingredients which allowed all the flavours to come through. Croissant was slightly crisp, with a very soft interior. I do wish it was slightly more crisp/toasted though. Most of you should know my stance on prosciutto & pear in a sandwich. This on sourdough was no different. No honey, but the pears had been roasted/caramelised and was extra sweet which made up for no honey. This did have hollandaise sauce which I'm not the biggest fan of, but it added creamy-ness. They asked me to try something off their up coming menu and not gonna lie, I was very hesitant. But to my surprise, it was freakin amazing. All the flavours worked soooo well and the charred vegetables had like a deli meat (ham) texture which I ain't mad about. Foccacia was different from others with it being soft and white bread like (?), it didn't have that usual chewy interior.

Really enjoyed my visit to August Coffee. The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully plated — fresh ingredients and great flavour combinations. The coffee and matcha drinks were excellent, and the service was very friendly and attentive. The café has a calm, sunlit atmosphere that makes it perfect for brunch or a quiet afternoon catch-up. Highly recommend! 🌸
