The one publinc pub in auburn was really disappointed and very bad service.. Wish i could give zero rating.. You can check their reviews and all most all of them have same common experiences.. Used to love going there but not anymore.. Higher authorities should look into these matters.. If you check the reviews, you will find it out in last 10 reviews.. Pretty disappointed in Publinc HO. I have left a number of messages, both by phone call and the contact us page for them to get in touch with me, and no response at all. It seems when you go in for a meal or a drink, they welcome you with open arms, but the minute you raise a query (FYI: it's NOT a complaint I wish to discuss with them), they don't want to know you.
