All in all very good, especially for the price. Big rooms, very comfortable beds, great and quiet Aircon. The cleaning lad is absolutely loving as well. One star less for the bathrooms which are quite old and need renovation. There is hot water in the shower but it takes a couple minutes until it's hot.

We were scammed by this hotel, seriously. We paid for our stay in advance with a credit card through the Agoda app. When we arrived, they told us we hadn’t paid and said we couldn’t enter unless we paid again. They also tried to say the booking was made through Expedia, which is simply not true. We never booked through Expedia. The reservation was made through Agoda, and we have clear proof of that. Even after showing the payment confirmation in the app, they kept denying it. When we asked for a refund, they were extremely rude and disrespectful. I’ve never stayed in a place so dirty and unprofessional. Please be very careful and double-check everything before booking or staying at this hotel.

Good experience. Close to Public Transport and Airport, not too loud from the bar/bistro below. An older building and that is obvious but nothing wrong with it as a place to stay while exploring Sydney. Good basic service and good shared bathrooms.

Rooms were kept very clean and tidy, service was top notch, stayed for four nights. But only downside is that their location isn’t that good. 5 mins drive from here, there is the Novotel beach and it’s way better in terms of location.

It was such a nice experience to be in the place for dinner last Monday. Me and my mate went for quickly for dinner. Amazing staff, specially the security staff Vikas was so helpful. He guided us throughout the venue, was friendly and amazing. Had a great etiquette and was well groomed. It was a lovely experience, will be back there soon
