Love this place! The protein vitality shake rocks and is so nutritious after my workout at the gym! The staff is so so lovely and love the music and beautiful look out from the balcony sitting ❤️

I was recommended to try this cafe for lunch. I got the carnivore crunch (steak sandwich) and a super smoothie. Service was good and staff friendly. I unfortunately found the steak sandwich to be very bland especially for $25, didn't have much flavour. The smoothie was decent however.

⸻ ⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience I visited Sage today (Wednesday, 12th November 2025 at 1:45 pm) and ordered a hot chocolate, iced coffee, and carrot cake. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The iced coffee had only a very faint coffee flavour, and the carrot cake was not fresh — cold, dry, and seemed partially frozen. I only managed one bite and left the rest. When the waitress came to clear the table, she didn’t ask whether everything was okay or if there was an issue with the food, which I found a bit surprising. For the price, I expected a much fresher and higher-quality product. There are many lovely cafés at Erina Fair, but sadly, this was my first and last visit to Sage.

I felt like hot chips so I ordered the lamb cutlets special for $24.90. The lamb was delicious. I'm not sure what oil the chips are cooked in, but they tasted funny. I liked the dressing on the salad.

Myself and my partner went in this morning to have breakfast as it’s been awhile going there. It’s our favourite cafe when sit and chat closed down. We did the self serve at the table. Everything was great till we got our food. At first I wanted to give it back and say something but i was really hungry and we just had to put more salt and pepper then usual. In the photos you can see the mushrooms are very burnt, bacon is very over cooked and very hard my partner has false teeth so he wasn’t able to eat all of that as it will hurt his gums. My partner also order a cappuccino and it was burnt. It’s very upsetting that our local cafe couldn’t deliver like they usually do. It blows my mind that they think that was a good idea to bring out to the customer to begin with. I understand most people like to eat burnt mushrooms and over cooked bacon but not everyone is like that and if that’s what I wanted I would have made a note of that in my order. I don’t think we will be back there again. Other than the food everything was great. The atmosphere is good and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I just think you might need to chat with your chef.
