What people say
Great place to bring the dogs for a run and swim on a sunny day. Bit of a mess after the floods I'm guessing but it makes one hell of a fun play area for doggos.
I was told to be careful of your dog jumping in and swimming opposite the car park as there are old broken trolleys submerged and a few dogs have died, apparently you can see them on low tide. Other than that it’s a lovely place to walk along the river with your dog.
Lots of places for dogs to access the water and run around. Fairly quiet. Watch out for cars though. Some will drive fast through the main area to park despite lots of on street parking.
Large enough area and on the river bank which is great. It's not fenced in at all which isn't a problem for us but some people I'm sure would appreciate a fenced in area. It would be awesome if there were more amenities, rubbish bins, sheltered park benches, bubblers and dog bowls spread around. A small agility area would be fantastic!
Large area, enough space for everyone, away from the road and access to the river. Really nice spot!
