Vixen. Food. Coffee. Wine is a cafe in Lorn with an outdoor area. Dog access isn't confirmed, but venues with an outdoor area are often dog friendly, so it may be worth checking. Just 300m away, RH Taylor Park is a great nearby park for a walk with your dog.
We were a group of three trying this cafe for the first time at 10am on a Saturday morning. It was very busy in the area at the time so a fair amount of traffic and a little difficult to find a car spot but the weather was fantastic so once we arrived we opted to sit outside. We were greeted by friendly staff who quickly cleared and prepared a table for us. Our orders were taken with precision and our drinks arrived soon after then a reasonable wait followed until our food arrived. The food was hot, fresh, presented beautifully and most importantly delicious. The big breakfast was indeed big and difficult to finish but what a lovely problem to have! We all loved our meals, the friendly service from all the staff and the experience. The prices were reasonable for the quality and service provided. The only downsides are the traffic/noise and lack of parking when busy. I would definitely recommend trying this amazing cafe in Lorn, its now on my fave list so we will be back.
Fantastic customer service – the staff are always so lovely and happy, which makes such a difference. The Big Breakfast was absolutely amazing, so good we came back two days in a row! The iced coffee is hands down the best we’ve had in the area. Safe to say they’ve gained some new regular customers. Highly recommend!
Had a lovely evening at our favourite Cafe in Lorn. Food, Wine & service as always was exceptional. They normally aren’t open if an evening but did “Vixen Nights” & it was a huge success. Well done to the team! Our favourite person, Kristy was amazing as always! So glad you had a full house, just goes to show how much the local community loves you 🩷
Really cute cafe and the iced coffee was nice. Coffee and food came out fast. Not impressed with the Eggs Benny, it was underwhelming and very expensive. Eggs tasted like vinegar, served on Woolies muffins? No spinach. The sauce tasted like it was out of a jar not made fresh and wasn’t real nice. Disappointed that where was no change table in one of the bathrooms for babies considering all the mums with bubs who were eating there.
Let’s start with the amazing hospitality from the minute you walk into the door. We were greeted with warmth. I had the pleasure of indulging in the cheeseburger with fries , arancini and salad with crunchy chats. Each dish was a symphony of flavors. The cheeseburger was juicy and cooked perfectly, the fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside making it an irresistible combination. The arancini is an Italian classic and this was heavenly. The golden , crispy exterior gave way to a creamy and flavorful filling. Each bite was a burst of goodness that had me craving more. Beyond the outstanding food , the service was absolutely outstanding. All the staff were attentive , friendly and passionate for making us feel comfortable. The overall cafe itself is welcoming , cozy and they have air-con specially for this heat now in summer what a life saver. Everything was clean and well presented. This place is a gem. Compliments to the chefs!! They also sell takeaway sandwiches ,sweet treats and coffee beans. You definitely want to come here for breakfast and lunch. Make this your next outing you will not be disappointed.
