Florence Avenue Reserve is a dog-friendly park in Eastlakes. You'll find shaded space nearby.
Dogs are permitted on leash under Bayside Council’s dog policy. Dogs must be on a lead unless they are inside a designated off-leash area. Dogs are prohibited within 10 metres of children’s play equipment and food preparation or eating facilities, except where the food area is on a public thoroughfare such as a road, footpath or pathway.
Relatively well maintained reserve. It stretches from Florence avenue, under Gardeners road via a passage corridor and north along the left side of the Southern Cross Drive up to Asquith Avenue. It is a good way to get from one side of Gardeners road to the other, especially via bycicle. It has sunny benches and plenty of grassy space. What is unique about it is the wooden gateway next to the wooden stairs that go up to Gardeners road 's south footpath. (See photo). Too bad there's graffiti here and there (-1 star).
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
