Bland Oval is a popular dog-friendly park in Riverwood where dogs are welcome on lead.
Dog rules
Dogs are welcome on-leash at Bland Oval, a Canterbury-Bankstown Council park. Under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998, dogs must be kept on a lead and under the effective control of a competent person, and are prohibited within 10 metres of children's play equipment and food preparation areas. Off-leash exercise is permitted only in Council's designated off-leash areas.

Good place for jogging around and walk your dog. Within the park it has 2 (two) cricket playing area right in front of Riverwood Hornet.

Riverwood Squadron of the Australian Air League Parade there every Friday night from 7pm. Youth in Aviation, and they have the best marching band.

They maintained well. If you want to spend some good time jogging or walking it’s one of the best places. The walking tracks have enough spaces. The pitch is also good for turf. It’s also a pathway from Bonds Rd to Belmore Rd.
