Dog rules
Off-leash area: Stanford Merthyr is a designated Off Leash Dog Exercise Area (Colliery Street, Stanford Merthyr 2327). Open grass field, chair and small rock sculpture at the front. The area is not fenced, so dogs must be under effective control at all times. Dogs must be supervised by a competent person, must return to the handler on command, and owners must remove dog faeces.
