Corellis Cafe Gallery is a cafe in Newtown. Dog access isn't confirmed, so it's best to check with the venue before visiting with your dog. Just 350m away, Green Ban Park is a great nearby park for a walk with your dog.
Lovely and nice quaint Cafe, the food was very delicious and they had a great vegan menu. Not made for big groups but so great for a couple to get a delicious breakfast and coffee. Some great cakes here too. Vegan options, gluten free options, dog friendly.
Corellis Cafe Gallery is a must visit in Newtown. Open when everyone else is closed and one of the few places you can relax without too much crowd or noise for a breakfast/brunch/lunch or dinner. The staff here are lovely and friendly. Gluten Free options available so if you are Coeliac come here! Loads of beautiful cakes and dessert options, not just savoury meals. The cakes are divine, we tried the orange and sticky date. Also had the corn fritters and smashes avo, both filling and fresh with plenty of avo. You can eat inside or outside and plenty of space to breathe and chill. Perfect spot after shopping or seeing a show. Relax at Corellis, it's the best! ❤️
I have been coming to Corellis for my coffee and cake fix for 18 years. Their Sticky date cake and ice cream is unquestionably the best in Sydney. Their orange and almond cake is also very good. Their dinner menu is ok - Coffee is pretty decent. It is a good spot for a catch up and a chat in otherwise bustling Newtown. For me, this place is a Sydney institution
Admittedly I only get a coffee and something sweet and haven’t tried any savoury food, but I just love being here :) I love the frappe, the ice coffee, and every sweet treat I’ve tried! So far I’ve had the protein ball, the biscuits, and the greek custard slice. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing, there’s a great range of seating options, the staff are always very friendly, and it’s just wonderful to sit here and draw.
Disappointing experience on Saturday, June 29th. Despite previously enjoying this restaurant during COVID, our recent visit was marred by unhelpful staff. After ordering spaghetti bolognese, coffee, and dessert, the server claimed it would take too long to prepare the pasta at 8 pm, offering only coffee and cake. We left and spent $110 at a nearby establishment with more accommodating staff. The change in service is concerning, suggesting a lack of competence or motivation when the owners are absent.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
