Boars Head is truly a hidden gem of a lookout! I've been visiting the Blue Mountains for over 20 years and only just stumbled across this spot—now it's easily my new favorite. The views are stunning, offering a peaceful, less crowded experience compared to some of the more well-known lookouts. However, a word of caution: there are no safety barriers, so make sure to keep a close eye on young children or hold onto them if they’re being a bit adventurous. But overall, it's an incredible spot that's definitely worth a visit!
Short walk from the road and a much better view than the lookout itself. Nice sight of Narrow Neck. Be careful near cliff edges - this is a climbing area, not a designated lookout so there are naturally no safety barriers.
Beautiful view; expanse of the valley is worth seeing and the dense forest. The resemblance of the rock with a boars head is so apt
It was my first time to visit. It was very, very magnificent. The weather was clear . The air was also very good. You must come to play!
An epic lookout over Blue Mountains!!! Easy 5 min walk from the street with a path covered by colorful flowers. Sunrise or sunset would be the perfect time to visit. Be cautious as the area is windy. Highly recommended!!!
