We tried Totti’s in the CBD as it’s the easiest for us to go to and we loved it. This time we decided to try the one in Bondi. The place was located inside a hotel/pub building. Walking inside and seeing the beautiful courtyard with trees was a surprise. The food was beautiful as always. We had the wood fired bread, burrata & tomatoes as antipasti. Always, always order their antipasti especially the bread & burrata you’ll thanks yourself later. It was good & quite filling. For main, we had the pork schnitzel, rigatoni beef genovese gremolata & fries. The rigatoni was the best beef pasta I ever had! The beef in the pasta was quite generous. The pork schnitzel was crispy on the outside but tender on the inside. I must admit we ordered too much for 2 person, as we end up having half of the schnitzel & fries for takeaway and both feeling too full for a dessert. The staff were polite and attentive. No wonder people are hyping about this place. Had to booked 1 month in advance.

The food at Totti’s Bondi was a bit of a letdown especially compared to the Totti’s at Wynyard in the city. The pasta was a bit try and lacked sauce. The two best dishes were the roast potatoes and the Neapolitan wafer dessert. The roast chicken was also okay. The outdoor seating area is lovely with the gorgeous tree centrepiece. Service was okay, nothing special but the place was packed and the servers were probably run off their feet

First experience at Tottis and was deciding between the crab pasta and lamb ragu which was actually recommended to me. I saw many great reviews for the crab pasta so decided to go with it last minute. So disappointed for $42, was no crab, literally looks like tomato pasta, was sweet and wanted to ask for salt and the pasta had hard undercooked thick chunks as shown… However I went to Rozelle Tottis for another occasion a few weeks later and had the lamb ragu, that was much better and had a decent amount of meat and flavour. Very disappointed in the crab pasta though.

6 members of the family had planned and decided to fly up to Sydney from Melbourne for a few days to celebrate a milestone birthday for my wife. For the first nights dinner, we decided to go to Totti's in Bondi as some of us had been to the Totti's located in the Sydney CBD. Well the Bondi location did not disappoint with a great mediterranean inspired outdoor court setting under some large trees with long wooden tables and whicker chairs. The food, service and atmosphere were amazing and we will be back as we all really enjoyed it.

The bread and the Ragu pasta at Tottis are a must, both absolutely delicious. I’ve been many times and everything I’ve tried on the menu is packed with flavour, and the staff are really friendly. The pastas and sides are all great, but I wouldn’t recommend the veal schnitzel, it just didn’t work for me.
