The Field at Easts Rugby

We had a surprise 30th party at The Field and the staff were absolutely amazing. The organization was smooth and the team communicated with us every step of the way. From being flexible and allowing us to come set up decorations before, to being perfectly on time with our food orders and everything in between. They made the whole event easy and the space itself was perfect. We hired the Gin Garden which offered a great mix of tables and standing space to mingle while being away from the busier public deck area. Food was great, as was the drink selection. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a friendly atmosphere to host an event!

We had an amazing experience setting up our softplay and balloon decor for a first birthday celebration at this venue. The space was spotless, bright, and incredibly roomy—perfect for little ones to explore and play. Parking was easy as there's a loading right up from, only a slight pain with the two flight of stairs but would recommend for any party or celebration! The staff were friendly, accommodating, and so helpful on the day. It’s a fantastic spot for any kind of celebration, and we’re already looking forward to the next one! 😍

We wanted to thank you and your entire team for making our special day at the Gin Garden the MOST Magical event we could have asked for. From the moment I met you I knew that I was in good hands as you were highly recommended by our close friends for an event you had planned and we had attended previously. Everything was perfect, from the set up to the drinks, delicious food and the extremely friendly staff, Sophie was a star ! We have had so many messages complimenting the venue , the weather brought it just to top it off. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND having a function at the FIELD

We held our baby shower here in the Gin Garden. The staff were all SO lovely - so accommodating and friendly. Food was great, and the vibes were immaculate- super family friendly

What a great place to hold an event. If you want the perfect place for a kid friendly environment that supports parents still being able to enjoy them selves this is the place. I had my daughters 18th with family and kids included and the atmosphere catered to all age groups with enough entertainment for all. They provided excellent service and always had someone available to make sure the event ran smoothly. The food was so tasty and the cocktails tastier.! Everyone commented on how perfect the venue was. Love loved it.! Only thing to take into consideration is the location and the ability for people to get there via public transport it was a lot.
