Rusty's Bar Coogee

We had our Christmas party here last week. Venue, food, bar staff, music and owners were fantastic. Very helpful, kind and checked in on us throughout the night. Couldn’t have asked for a better night. Thank you to all at Rusty’s.

Absolutely loved our time at this Irish bar! The atmosphere was warm, lively, and full of character, but what really made the experience special was the incredible staff. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we walked in — you could tell they truly care about their guests. The drinks were spot on too – perfectly poured, great selection, and exactly what you want for a relaxed night out or a fun catch-up with friends. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay for “just one more” (or two!). Highly recommend for anyone looking for great vibes, amazing service, and quality drinks. We’ll definitely be back! 🍀🍻

I find it hard to comprehend that an “Irish” bar can make such a poor attempt at a Spice bag, Irish curry half and half, with a Guinness pie & (powdered) mash. Tasteless, microwaved.. soggy.. Very very disappointing. On the bright side, staff are friendly, good vibe, come for drinks, not food!

Hi, We were a family of 4 and ordered for starters the Arancini Balls and Chicken Wings with Mains being the Bangers & Mash. Every food was so DELICIOUS. The service was exceptional and food came out perfectly on time. Will definitely visit back.

We cannot thank Aidan, Chloe and all the staff enough for the exceptional service and hospitality at Rustys. We had a baby shower there and from the very first message, the team was an absolute dream to work with. Communication was clear, quick and friendly which made planning so easy. On the day, they truly went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly and feel special. The food was absolutely delicious and all of the platters went back to the kitchen pretty much empty! The cocktails, drinks and mocktails were a highlight too. The atmosphere was relaxed yet vibrant and the staff were attentive without ever being intrusive. It felt like they genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. I cannot recommend this place enough. Whether you are planning a celebration or just looking for a great night out, this spot delivers on every front. We will definitely be back.
