Got Loaded fries. Had to eat them with a knife and fork. Atmosphere was good. Location good. Food reasonably priced. Negative is lining up for 10 minutes to order one drink. Some staff a bit sassy.

Had the Jackos Chicken Burger which was pretty good and not expensive considering where the restaurant is located ($24). Seating area could have been cleaner and service was pretty poor not sure why the girl with glasses, nose piercing and a neck tat got annoyed at us when we asked for a gravy that we didnt get. Not all the staff had bad service as we were orginally served by a gentleman who had an energetic nature and seemed like he enjoyed working there, not like that girl though

The food was much better than I expected, and the cocktails were great! But the service was the best part—some incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive Chilean guys. It was a pleasure to visit, I'll be back!
