Shelbourne Hotel

I had my 60th Birthday party at the Shelbourne Hotel Rooftop Bar, themed 60, sequins and sparkles. Well, it was a night to remember. The roof top bar is fabulous and the perfect decor for a very special party. We had 80 guests, and the room was just perfect size. The food and service was great and I really couldn't fault it. Kelli from the Shelbourne, the functions manager was great to work with and the night went off without a hitch. The room was party central and all our guests had a great time. The DJ was fabulous too and all our guests danced the night away. Big thank you to Kelli and staff for a very special night, one I will never forget.

I had the pleasure of having my 21st birthday on the rooftop last Saturday and wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff. The managers Paul and Brad, and bar staff Alex and Carla (forgive me if i have messed up names) were not only extremely helpful in keeping the event running smoothly but were also very kind and made the whole event an absolute blast. Food was great as well so a big thank you to the kitchen staff. I strongly recommend Shelbourne functions to anyone looking for a cohesive and overall delightful group experience.

A great pub with a gooooood menu. We had battered Dory and chips which was on a special at $20, but delicious and generous portion. Lovely courtyard to sit out too!

The Shelbourne Hotel is very inviting, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. It’s a lovely spot to relax, though we were quite surprised when the bill arrived — a beer and an Aperol Spritz came to $40, and we’re still not sure which one was so pricey! Overall, it’s a nice place to hang out. There was live music when we visited, which made it a little loud indoors, but sitting outside was absolutely lovely.

Had our team lunch here and we pre-ordered our food before we got there. We got our food pretty quick once we got there. I ordered a rump steak with chips and it was cooked in medium since I didn’t mention how I would like it cooked beforehand. Overall the food was average but I appreciated the service here.
