Forsyth Park
Forsyth Park is off-leash under North Sydney Council's area-wide policy. The park has two ovals, a community garden, a playground, waste bags, toilets, and parking. It's a well-used community park with a friendly dog-walking atmosphere.
Dog rules
North Sydney is a dog-friendly area and all Council parks and public reserves are off-leash areas, except for bushland areas, playing fields when organised sporting events are in progress, and venues where dogs are not allowed. Dogs must be under effective control at all times. (Source: North Sydney Council — northsydney.nsw.gov.au)

What people say
Excellent venue for families. Adventure playground, community garden and large oval for a very friendly community of dog owners.
Great safe park that’s engaging for toddlers and older kids. Ice big oval as well. Lovely view of the city/bridge and plenty of parking
The park itself is great, there are two fields, one probably for cricket and the other for soccer. However it is important to note the lack of transport and accessibility. Nevertheless, it is great especially for dogs, or even for events.
Well maintained and drains well. Views are awesome. This used ground was used for winter cricket. Only issue we had was the goal post within the boundary for cricket.
Tiered oval that can hold two small cricket pitches with some play equipment on the upper oval and a community centre that can be hired. Electoral voting is held here sometimes and it's the quieter option usually
