What people say
A gem of a playground 💎 Sand pit, climbing structure, water feature (in summer) and variety of equipment keep kids of all ages entertained. Water views, cafe and nearby walking trails make this a great little excursion and fun for adults, too. ☕ Kiosk cafe right next door. 🚻 Yup, just nearby, behind the kiosk. 🛶 Water sport enthusiast? This is one of the few spots that you can paddle to and reliably dock. 🚘 Street parking and parking meter parking. Gets busy, avoid if possible. 🚈 Just down the street from the John Street Square light rail stop.
Still love this park Great cafe Great sand pit Great water feature take a towel and change of clothes for kids Good coffee Open fields Climbing, swinging, jumping, sliding, spinning. Has toilets usually well kept. Awesome for kids birthdays if you claim a pitch early.
