A gem of a playground 💎 Sand pit, climbing structure, water feature (in summer) and variety of equipment keep kids of all ages entertained. Water views, cafe and nearby walking trails make this a great little excursion and fun for adults, too. ☕ Kiosk cafe right next door. 🚻 Yup, just nearby, behind the kiosk. 🛶 Water sport enthusiast? This is one of the few spots that you can paddle to and reliably dock. 🚘 Street parking and parking meter parking. Gets busy, avoid if possible. 🚈 Just down the street from the John Street Square light rail stop.
Still love this park Great cafe Great sand pit Great water feature take a towel and change of clothes for kids Good coffee Open fields Climbing, swinging, jumping, sliding, spinning. Has toilets usually well kept. Awesome for kids birthdays if you claim a pitch early.
Amazing part of Pyrmont. Love this place a lot of bbq around and you can have a great view of all the bay, the whole city and the Harbour Bridge
Great local play area. Parking is expensive if you're driving to it. Great water and sand play for hot days! Also great public toilet facilities and a local coffee shop.
Lots of barbeque spots and natural shades/ trees and kids playground are very nice.
