Cobblers Beach is a beach in Mosman. Dogs are not currently allowed at this beach.
From the park entrance, I saw people jogging and just followed the crowd. Along the way there were signs saying “no nudity,” but then I came across a man walking around completely naked. It looked like some kind of park staff or ranger was waiting for him (maybe someone had reported it?). The path inside the park led to a nude beach where 98% of the people were men. To get to the path on the other side, you had to walk across the beach. I kept fully focused on my own way, not paying attention to them. But then a few men in his 30s or 40s lying near the edge of the beach deliberately made comments at me, trying to stir things up (so pathetic—does he think he’s still a teenager? What an idiot). On the other half of the path, I also came across a man who had just finished being naked. When he saw I was a woman, he intentionally switched sides and tried to bump into me, clearly on purpose. Honestly, this place feels really unsafe. I really, really, really don’t recommend it. I even searched online later and found that people describe this beach as “historic and friendly,” but my experience was the complete opposite. It seemed full of shady men with bad intentions.
The best nude beach in Sydney! We've met so many friendly people there. The regulars tidy up the beach in the mornings.
As I was traversing to this beach... it started raining. I had to continue my journey. Finding a way down from the top is the biggest tragedy. I was drenched in sweat, my shoes were filled with mud and sand and I was exhausted. The second I dipped into the water I turned redder than a lobster. At least I had the beach to myself.
Great social place with 80/20 split men to women. Well behaved with an icecream boat turning up to feed the masses.50 people but not crowded.
A tiny beach that is clothing optional. Easy access from a large fire track that connects to the road above. There is a small track on the left side of the beach facing the water that takes you up to the oval above the beach thereby helping to complete the middle head loop.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
