Lovely beach. Lots of boats nearby so query water pollution. Has a shark net swimming area. Only down side is the parking is all paid close by
Great family beach with enclosed swimming area. Kids and adults alike enjoyed jumping from the platform to the water. $35 for a while day parking as oh Jan 2026.
Wonderful day out for families or take a book, relax and read, walk along the esplanade. Lots of options. Lovely beach areas not over crowded when I went, (it was during school holidays). Nice cafe and restaurants. Good clean toilet and shower facilities.
With the best fish and chips in Sydney, you have a nice beach safe for kids to swim since all the sides are protected with net, with decks families can even go for fishing!
Very peaceful beach compared to the more touristy ones like Bondi. Nice place to chill or even grab some fish&chips.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
