Balmoral Beach is a calm, sheltered harbour beach at Mosman with gentle water and a relaxed feel. Dogs are welcome on-leash along the foreshore, kept to the permitted areas, with toilets and parking nearby. It is an easy place for a gentle walk by the water. A pleasant on-leash spot on the harbour.

Lovely beach. Lots of boats nearby so query water pollution. Has a shark net swimming area. Only down side is the parking is all paid close by

Wonderful day out for families or take a book, relax and read, walk along the esplanade. Lots of options. Lovely beach areas not over crowded when I went, (it was during school holidays). Nice cafe and restaurants. Good clean toilet and shower facilities.

With the best fish and chips in Sydney, you have a nice beach safe for kids to swim since all the sides are protected with net, with decks families can even go for fishing!
