Cherry Moon General Store feels less like a café and more like a hidden artisan space tucked into Annandale. From the moment you walk in, the rustic timber interiors, handmade breads, vintage styling, and relaxed atmosphere create a warm and authentic experience. The bakery selection looks beautifully crafted, with a strong focus on traditional slow-made bread and quality ingredients. The open industrial-style layout mixed with plants, wooden textures, and local merchandise gives the place a creative and community-driven character that stands out from ordinary cafés. A great place to slow down, enjoy good coffee and fresh baked goods, and appreciate the charm of a thoughtfully curated local store. One of those places that feels memorable long after you leave.

Pork sausage roll is weird, the flavours don't come together and there is very little salt used so it tastes bland and boring. The pastry isn't buttery, just tastes kind of burnt. Honey cake is nice and light.

We went to take away the cold drinks today, this is a lovely place to sit and relax for a while and enjoy your drinks or to purchase fresh bread. It is a lovely cafe and shop located in the Annadel area.

So glad i came here - their honey cake is divine!! It’s so good i had to take another piece away even though I’m leaving town the next day. Loved their iced almond chai too, avo pump by west end juice tastes good too. Worth venturing out of CBD for this lil gem. Friendly service, laid back vibe - wish i live here!

Cherry Moon General Store is a lovely spot with a great atmosphere. I really love the shop and the food. Everything feels well curated, welcoming, and thoughtfully done. The food was delicious and definitely a highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, our coffee order was incorrect, and the coffee was quite bitter, which was a bit of a letdown. That said, the overall experience was still enjoyable, and it’s a place I’d happily return to. With a bit more consistency on the coffee, this would easily be a five-star place.
