Unbeatable price to quality ratio! As a French person I go here every couple days to treat myself! Flaky as good as you can get in Australia level food! Highly recommend it! Pain au chocolat is to die for!

Criminally underrated! St Germain Patisserie is such a hidden humble local gem of Redfern, and Gwynne is a master, I’m not normally a dessert person, but got my favourite, the Passionfruit tart for my 50th birthday party, and it was a showstopper, the smell of the passionfruit as you open the box, the beyond happy gorgeous look of it, and then the flavour! The Flavour! It was a hit, thank you Gwynn 🙏🏼
