Everything on the menu was quite pricey, but the place was packed, so I thought it must be worth it. I ordered a Coke Spider and a Club Sandwich. The guy at the counter didn't look up once and seemed rather disinterested, but maybe he was having a rough day. My Coke arrived warm and exploded when I opened the bottle. The table was wiped for me, but the bottle and I were still covered in sticky Coke. No apology, no napkin, no replacement. My side of chips didn't have salt on them and there was none on the table. The service station only had pepper. A very nice gentleman nearby gave me the salt from his table. The Club Sandwich was very average, made worse by the fact there was a hair on my plate and a bug the size of a five cent piece cooked into my chicken. The person I went with enjoyed their meal, so maybe I was just unlucky, but the person nearby who was also complaining about their food makes me think that wasn't the case. I will point out there was one lady who appeared to be putting a lot of effort into her service, but ultimately I was let down by every other aspect of my experience.

Ordered a scone and burger with fries. The scone was okay but condiments served in little plastic containers? Not impressed for $9. And the burger oh my 😓 no salt on the fries so it just tasted like plain potato (no salt on the tables either so not sure why the salt skimping) And the burger had no seasoning at all. Couldn’t even taste any salt and pepper at the least. Brioche wasn’t buttery or soft at all. The whole burger meal was tasteless for over $20.

It is a beautiful place to chill inside the Castle Towers & it is located right in front of David Jones. The food was really tasty & coffee was perfect. Novi , one of the staff working there was super sweet, kind & welcoming & she ensured we had a great time there. Her beautiful smile on her face made everything extra memorable.

The flavor of the food has indeed improved. While the coffee may not be the absolute best, it is still quite enjoyable.

Dine in for breakfast. Properly welcomed & ushered us to our table. Really liked the environment where it's located. The atmosphere was great. Had to queue up to order food. Got served in 10mins. Food isn't that great. It's a regular thumbs up 👍. My wife & I just enjoyed the quantity of food & not the quality
