Everything was good right, well well right up into I found out they had no rum then drinks were $15 and then for the added effect right they had NOT, my favourite song. Not good.
It’s great to have a karaoke place locally rather than in the city. Room was modern, clean & spacious. Pricing was reasonable. Good sound system. The manager, Ivy was lovely & provided wonderful service. The giant mic was funny & actually operational! I would’ve given 5 stars if there were some Eminem songs & the YouTube function worked. All in all, we had fun & would come again. 😄
We had my daughter’s 13th birthday party here with 15 teenage girls and everything went perfectly! The manager, Ivy, was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind, organised and helpful from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, came in early to help us set up and decorate the room, and kept checking throughout the party to make sure the food, tech, air-conditioning, literally everything were all working well. We really appreciated her effort and warm attitude. Thanks to Ivy, the day was stress-free and memorable! Thank you so much, Ivy! We all really appreciate it!!
Had so much fun here! The atmosphere was perfect for a fun time to unwind and let loose on the weekend. Walls are soundproof and lots of song options. Ivy was so accommodating and gave us some freebies too. Best karaoke experience so far within the area. Highly recommend.
