Strike Bowling Castle Towers

What started off as a bit of a rough situation turned into one of the best nights out we’ve had. There was an issue with our order, and honestly, I thought the night was heading downhill. But the way the team handled it completely changed everything. They were incredibly professional, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about making things right. Not only did they fix the issue, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. By the end of the night, we were having an amazing time and left feeling really impressed. Thanks to ECK! Totally worth it and definitely a must-visit.

Athena is genuinely the best host- brought some incredible vibes and roasted everyone it was amazing. Definitely come at night times for some incredible fun, whether you're smashed or not you will enjoy it with Athena's hosting. Bernard so brought some incredibly fun energy and made it an excellent night. Overally incredibly amazed by the level of aura that we experienced the moment we stepped in to the room, the vibes and fun that we had were outmatched by any other time I've been here

We held our daughters 10 th birthday yesterday at strike and I honestly couldn’t be happier. They made the day so special from the special announcement to the wonderful party host making sure everyone was having a great time. Renee deserves a very special mention, Renee you truly wowed me with your service delivery you saw I was stressed after giving a couple of parents the wrong address you helped move some things around so that the kids that were Late because of me wouldn’t miss out. You are honestly incredible! Thank you and thank you to your amazing team! Every thing we asked for was provided you guys even went above and beyond any expectations we had. Absolutely deserve these 5 stars.

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday at Strike Bowling Castle Hill, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The setup was well organised and everything was arranged beautifully. A special mention to Jacob and Trisha - they were incredibly prompt, attentive, and supportive throughout the event. They helped us with everything, guided the kids patiently during both the bowling and arcade games, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The service was exceptional, the food was good, and most importantly, they made the whole experience very comfortable and stress-free for us as parents. The kids had an amazing time, and we truly felt looked after. Highly recommend Strike Bowling Castle Hill for kids’ birthday parties. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
