The kids had a great time. It was a great balance of bowling and arcade fun. Big shout out to James who made the experience even more enjoyable with his positive, helpful and fun nature. Thanks James. We'll definitely be back!
Escape, Bowl, Golf, Sing & Play at the Arcade on Level 4 of Castle Towers. We chose the Escape Room ($20 per person), requiring you to solve 25 puzzles until the end (us 4 only got through 16). It was fun, and lasted about 45-50 min. Be mindful: Book in advance for maximum availability. Avoid Fridays-Sundays and do not order food or drinks to save money.
We held my daughter's birthday at Strike Bowling 2 days ago with 6 friends and they had a lovely time. But what made it special was the incredoble service from Eckardt and Chris, they were so friendly, helpful and restored my faith in customer service!
Caitlin and Gabbie from strike bowling castle Hill were amazing. Friendly, efficient, and had fantastic customer service. Will be back for the next child’s birthday party!!
Thank you to the amazing service and hospitality at Strike in Castle Hill/Towers. It was my first visit at this venue and Kabir offered exceptional customer service from the moment that I entered the venue. Apart from my skills in bowling being a little "rusty" I had the best time ever! Clean/tidy venue; beautifully laid out with ample space for dining and enjoying a drink with friends. ❤️ I can recommend STRIKE Castle Hill/Towers as "fabulous"!!! Kind regards, Wendy Woo Scott
