Dog rules
Dogs must be on a leash at all times in public places unless in a designated leash-free area. Dogs are not permitted on the Memorial Walk or within 10 metres of a playground. Great beach for everyone! The seawater baths are a real treat. Facilities very good. The beach is great and for the two days we were here there were several surfable beach breaks from the flags to north end. The Merewether surf club serves up a treat with fantastic views or snacks and drinks under. And across the road is the Ocean hotel also with sensational views good pub food and drinks. The fish and chips is big enough for2! Highly recommend. 😎
