Came in for a pour over and left completely converted. The barista was incredibly knowledgeable — walked me through the bean origin, the process, and what to expect from the cup before I even took a sip. That kind of genuine passion for the craft is rare. The brew itself was exceptional — served in a beautiful ceramic cup designed to trap the aromas, which genuinely elevates the whole experience. Clean, nuanced, and nothing like your standard café coffee. The staff were warm, friendly, and made the whole visit feel like a treat rather than a transaction. If you’re a coffee lover in Sydney, this is a non-negotiable stop. Absolutely worth every penny.

One of the best!!! After trying my husband’s flat white, I was so surprised by the taste of the coffee… so I came back and ordered a cappuccino again!!! One sip and suddenly life feels a little better

Visited Only Coffee Project Crows Nest for the first time today. The space is modern and welcoming, and the service was friendly. The coffee was okay‑ish for me — drinkable, but not particularly memorable. Still, it’s a nice spot to stop by if you’re in the area and want a simple, no‑fuss cup.

Tried the pour-over coffee and it was such a great experience. I had to come back the next day because I forgot my bag, and they had kept it safe for me. Everything was there. I’m so grateful for that. Nice flat white too. Thanks!

This has to be the very BEST coffee I ever had. No matter how many times I come to this coffee, the consistency of the coffee quality and service… is not seen anywhere else. Oh - and ther Macha Latte will not disappoint as well.. Well done to all the staff - you are truly proffesionals (and so kind each and everytime).
