One of best coffees I’ve had. Very unique, bold and complex notes. Had the Dark knight coffee blend. Very friendly service. Will be back again for sure!
Amazing first visit! I visited Ratio Coffee for the first time today and tried their Dirty Ratio. It was absolutely amazing — the distinct layers of coffee and milk created such a beautiful balance of flavours, and every sip felt rich and perfectly smooth. The staff were warm and courteous, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely one of the best coffee experiences I’ve had in a long time. Can’t wait to come back!
Perfect spot for coffee enthusiast. There are a lot of details and dedication in each cups brewed by the team. Staff is polite, professional and willing to help if you need advice on what your cup should be on that day. For espresso lovers, Ratio has three different blends ready for you. Tried ‘sugar daddy’ and it’s silky smooth with pleasant and bright acidity. Clean finish and comfortable aftertaste. There is a menu of more than 10 single origin beans to pour over and the price is reasonable. The bar is ready for both hot and cold brew, and the barista is well prepared with different water ratio and pouring technique for different temperature. Dirty uses freeze distilled milk which has much stronger body flavour after water content is removed from normal milk. Instead of pouring hot expresso straight in milk, the team take the effort to chill the espresso at least to room temperature and blend part of the coffee with milk and the other part will be pour to float over the coffee. This ice milk base coffee drink has much stronger body than usual ice latte, and the sweetness of the milk brings out a lot of toffee and chocolate note of the espresso. The chilled glass is helping the drink to stay cold for much longer time and since there is no ice in the glass, you don’t need to worry the drink being diluted by melting ice. Lovely coffee shop and will definitely go back for more coffee experience.
It’s a small minimalistic cafe located within a lash salon I believe as I couldn’t read the sign outside but it wasn’t the cafe sign. Tried the cappuccino and it was good. Have tried better ones so wouldn’t say it was extraordinary but not bad either. Staff is welcoming and they tell you in detail what do they offer and help you in ordering as well. Will try the other coffees that they have next time.
This cafe was an experience in itself. Located on Pacific Highway and a very short distance from Crows Nest Metro station, it is easy to get to by public transport. The cafe share the same space & entrance of a beauty salon with the cafe at the front portion of the shop. The highlights for me with Ratio Coffee are: - The coffees were strong and very enjoyable. The baristas who make the coffees are like artist expressing their passion as they brew each cup with care. - The staff were all very friendly, patient and welcoming. - They accept both cash and card. - There are limited seats available, and there are some seats available at the counter where patrons can see how the baristas do their hand poured coffees. - They do takeaway coffees. - I enjoyed the vibe, clean line decor and very practical furniture pieces. Most importantly, very clean. If only there were light snacks to enjoy the coffee with. Nevertheless, still a place worth checking out for good coffee.
