On a nice cool morning of 25th December at 530am, and 26th December, at the same time, I was met by a Lovely Asian lady - owner? I am unsure, but certainly a wonderful barista. I’m from Cremorne, and enjoy my 6am coffee at my own favourite cafe for twelve years now, but regretfully closed until 12th January 2026 for well deserved holidays. I walked all the way up to Rolland Cafe, at 530am. I had two lovely extra hot full cream latte’s, two days in a row. The service and coffee is consistently perfect and a well deserved pleasure and well worth the walk. I was served with icy cold water, and clean cups. I recommend anyone to come here, and I am a very picky Scotsman /Aussie. Cheers - Derek McDonald.
This Cafe is very good. The food is delicious. The view is unimaginable. The service is good and everyone is well-behaved
This cozy local cafe in Neutral Bay is a hidden gem for anyone craving a delicious snack and coffee. The staff and owners are very friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers a good variety of tempting sandwich options, we went with the pork belly banh mi. The fresh, airy baguette provides the perfect base for the juicy, savory pork. The star of the show, however, is the perfectly crispy crackling that adds an amazing textural element. The authentic toppings - the pickled veggies, fresh coriander, and spicy chillies perfectly complement the rich, umami-packed sauce. Each bite is a flavor explosion that balances all the flavours seamlessly. So if you are in the mood for a sandwich, head over to Rolland you won't be disappointed.
This is an unassuming cafe from the outside and easily missed, but their Bahn mi’s are great making it worth the stop! Grabbed a lemongrass chick roll this morning and was impressed by a freshly baked, crunchy baguette with what tasted like freshly pan fried chicken and crunchy salad. Didn’t have the usual soggy roll end and was just the right size! Little pricier that other Bahn mi spots in the north, but being Neutral Bay this is understandable. Def worth a try!!
Excellent coffee; flavour and intensity Halloumi Avo rap, outstanding Service; friendly Yes, I know, too noisy, lost of traffic; but you can’t degrade the rating for circumstances out site the place control, If you want a great coffee, food and service in the park, just ask for take a way :-)
