Cafe Mosman

Amazing! Food was so good! Decision on what to get was hard as there was at least 6 things I wanted on the menu. Went the chilli eggs and did not disappoint! Added some crispy bacon 🤤 Cafe was buzzing yet service and quality top notch. Super friendly atmosphere. Apologies on the pic! Was half way through when I thought so good I’ll take a snap.

The food was good, fritters were amazing! The coco avocado was delicious. The only bad thing about it was the way we felt after eating, all of us felt quite sick a little bit after our meal. The best thing I tried on the menu was the porridge the second time we went, it didn’t make me unwell after and was a really delicious porridge ! 🥣 would definitely go back for that! They had a awesome variety of fruits on top too. The cinnamon apple compote was not warm and tasted okay, I feel like it would’ve tasted way better if they had heated it up and made it a tad bit juicer/made it more soggy to melt in your mouth :) Don’t recommend the matcha, it wasn’t sweet or tasted like anything. Don’t recommend the whipped cream(tasted off). Cappuccino was okay and the hot chocolate wasn’t that chocolatey (used powdered chocolate). 👌🏻

I live further away on the Northern Beaches, but I always try to pop by whenever I get the chance. I bring all my friends and family who are visiting, any excuse to come here and eat! The food is always so delicious, and the portions are super generous. I just love how much variety there is. Honestly, it’s not your average cafe. From coffee and fresh juices to a cheeky glass of wine, they’ve got it covered. And the food? Sandwiches , brunch classics (I think I’ve tried every single one), big warm meals… even fresh handmade pasta. And when I feel like something sweet, I always find something that hits the spot. I got to meet the owners recently and they are just the loveliest people, so friendly and down to earth. You can tell they’ve created something really special here. The place is always full of happy people. I just wish I lived closer… but that won’t stop me from coming back every chance I get!

Popped in for a quick coffee but all the food looked so delicious, I had to stay for some lunch. Ended up having two coffees, both perfect and the homemade beef short rib ragu was sensational. Even took a sweet treat home. However the real highlight was the service - the staff were always smiling and just so attentive. Keep up the great work Team Mosman!
