I made a reservation on Friday for 13 people to dine on Sunday. When we arrived, the tables had been set up in different locations without any consideration that we were a group. We had to move and rearrange the tables ourselves. Additionally, three people were seated directly in the sun. When we asked staff to move an umbrella to our table to provide shade, they refused, claiming they couldn't relocate it—despite the fact that we waited for a spot to become available before making the request. Furthermore, there were no cutlery, napkins, salt, or pepper on any of the tables. We had to ask the staff to bring these basic items. This was the worst customer service I have experienced.

Pancakes 🥞 are nice, maple syrup tastes good with it. I add smoked salmon and eggs, I thought +$8 for the salmon is a bit high but they put like the whole pack on my plate, that’s a lot. They have a lot of vegetarian options as well! Coffee is great, I had mocha, not too sweet and I can taste the beans flavors. Have decaf option for all of them.

Friendly staff and good food . Most dish are great and reasonable price except for the kids bacon & egg on toast is too small for their price $8, I think 2 slice of bread would be more reasonable & acceptable . Coffee was nice.

I am GF and vegetarian and tried their Halloumi Salad. The service was very quick, professional. The menu is strong, many options for everyone. I liked my salad however the portion was so small- there were few tiny pumpkin cubes, 4-5 edamame beans and 4-5 chickpeas, lots of greens, a quarter avo and 3 pieces of halloumi. It felt like they ran out of some ingredients but served it anyway. Disappointment for me. If it is the usual case then the price is too much for that salad. Almond Chai was very good. The atmosphere of the cafe is generally good, cosy and comfortable.
