We came for dinner on 13 Jan to celebrate my son's birthday after doing the bridge climb and everything was great! We were in the rooftop bar area and had wonderful views back at the bridge. Staff were all very friendly and so helpful, with special mention to Aizen for his amazing service! Thank you for a lovely evening!

A friend and I recently organised our annual Friends’ Christmas lunch for 20 people at the Harbour View Hotel restaurant on the top floor, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Communication with the events manager, Leonne, was brilliant—she was always quick to respond and very generous with her menu suggestions. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Alliana and Kevin, who catered to our needs impeccably. It was an incredibly hot day, and they thoughtfully moved us to a private area where the air conditioning was a very welcome relief. Kevin was our waiter for the duration of our stay, and his service was truly 10/10. The food was fabulous, with generous servings, and we were able to stay longer than the usual lunch setting time, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better day.

We had friends visiting from interstate and what a great spot for lunch. It’s nice to take a mini step out of the hustle and bustle of Sydney and to soak in the view whilst eating some delicious food. Great cocktails, food, service and the view is the cherry on top. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend the Harbourview Hotel for its function delivery. We booked the Cap Room for our travel group’s end of year function, minimum spend $1000. The set menu, $89 per person for three courses, was excellent. The food and beverage service support was very friendly and efficient and we had great help from Zorro on tech support. The location, right beside the Harbour Bridge, was fantastic, especially for the out of town guests.

I organised a farewell event at Harbourview Hotel and booked for around 30 people. Everything on the day was seamless. Our tables were clearly reserved, and setting up the bar tab was quick and easy. The food was great and the bar was well staffed, so drinks came out fast even though the venue was incredibly busy that Saturday. The team remained friendly and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience even better. My only feedback is that we were given just one card for the bar tab. With a group of 30, it became a little tricky to manage. Cheaper wristbands or a more group-friendly system would have made things simpler. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we’ll definitely be back.
