This place is definitely an underground mafia hangout. Every time I walk past, it never has any customers - regardless of time of the day or how busy the street is. It also wreaks of tobacco smoke. It has 3 tables and always has people busily meeting in the back.

WARNING: CASH ONLY. There are no signs to let you know. Also, the coffee wasn't good. Plenty of better options around.
