Woolpack Hotel is a pub in Mudgee. We don't yet have enough signals to confirm whether dogs are allowed. It's best to check with the venue before visiting with your dog. Just 300m away, Robertson Park is a great nearby park for a walk with your dog.
Recommended as location, staff, food & pub were great. Only issue is both Men & Ladies bathrooms have 1 shower & 2 toilets & if someone wants to lock the main door if taking a shower then you can't use the toilets, so a big issue in the mornings especially. Simple fix have separate area for shower & could easily fit at least 2 showers in that area with better design as a big area with kitchen & both sets of bathrooms.
The Woolpack Hotel is always a good time. Great cocktails, a fun Joker Draw that keeps everyone buzzing and staff who are genuinely welcoming and up for a laugh. Add in the live music and you’ve got an awesome atmosphere that never disappoints. Whether you’re popping in for a drink or settling in for the night, it’s one of those places that just gets the vibe right. Love it.
Great venue in the heart of Mudgee, amongst all the fun. If you don't mind a little late night noise. The rooms are clean, if a little dated, but that is to be expected. Immerse yourself in the community will some night time drinks, meat raffles and some other punter fun. Great Cafes and few doors down the road. Close to the wineries and breweries if that is your thing.
Stopped in for dinner and drinks. Tried the Satay Chicken from the Chinese menu. Absolutely delicious. Staff at the bar and restaurant were very helpful and friendly. The bar also served their own canned Woolpack Hotel Pale Ale. Was very delicious and recommend to anyone who likes a Pale Ales.
Great pub with friendly and attentive service. We came for a few drinks but liked it so much, we booked a table to come back at night for dinner. Food was fantastic. Great atmosphere to have a feed a few drinks and watch the footy on the big TV. Booked recommended for night weekends
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
