Ada Place Park is a park in Ultimo. Dog access isn't confirmed, but it may be worth checking.

Dog rules

Dogs are welcome in this park but must be kept on a leash at all times. Off-leash exercise is only permitted in the City of Sydney's 50 designated off-leash parks — this is not one of them. Dogs are prohibited from playgrounds, sports courts, and enclosed sports ovals. Please pick up after your dog — free waste bags are available at most parks. This “park” is disgusting and shouldn’t exist. It’s a square patch of dank grass swarming with disease-carrying mosquitos and completely riddled with nothing but dog turds in various stages of decay.

It’s nice that we have tiny little parks like this here and there.
