Fork and Grind

This is the best cafe in town! So many high quality, delicious meal options / desserts that will leave you full and feeling great. A very nice atmosphere with outdoor seating — perfect to come solo with a book or with a group for a cup of coffee. You can tell the staff really cares — they are so hardworking, polite and accommodating. Such a sweet neighborhood spot!

Very noisy, coffee felt a bit extra roasted. Food was good but seated outside just ruins the dining experience. Not a great location if you are driving, but if you are going to tafe it’s super convenient.

Today I was highly recommended to check out Fork and Grind, after asking a local hotel for a good place to have a healthy meal. The team at Fork and Grind did not disappoint at all. As I was approaching the venue in Ultimo, I could see a bunch of people grabbing their coffee and sitting in the outside dining area, signs of a busy (and good) place! And as I walked in, the lovely staff members were ready to assist right away. Got myself a medium broccoli and mixed greens salad with chicken. The staff may know the correct salad names, don’t fully remember them 😅 Now I’m a big eater and for the size I ordered, I thought I was going to be left hungry… I was wrong. Special mention to the friendly staff, passing on positive vibes to everyone with smiles and chats. I’ll definitely be back and recommend the place for a peaceful, healthy and filling lunch.
