Poor service and food: the staff were sitting on the floor of the cafe when I wanted to order, and looked disappointed that they had to serve me. The food was without any heart and I wish we would’ve walked a few more blocks to get literally anything else.
Nice cafe in quiet location. As I needed to load my calories back, we went for Big Brekkie royal feast. It was really nice , and big and filling that could not finish. Paired it with regular cap which was also nice. The location is very nice if you are looking for a quiet one. It has both indoor and outdoor settings, quiet spacious. The staffs are generous too. Overall a nice cafe to vjsit visit.
I’m a resident of the Observatory tower building and stopped going to this cafe as the service and coffee has gotten really bad which is kind of frustrating as it was really convenient for my partner and I to get coffee and lunches from there. Staff doesn’t provide a minimal customer service - you’re simply ignored when you stand at the counter to order. The staff is really really slow even outside peak hours, keep getting an order wrong, forgetting things etc which makes the whole experience bad. Also, the owner might need to pay attention to upskilling baristas - they kept making my coffee wrong although I used to come every morning for a year and ask for the same type of coffee, so ended up having to ask to redo it quite a few times until I gave up and now go to a different coffee shop nearby. I just wanted to leave a review in attempt to make things better as this cafe is considered the observatory tower “community” spot which I’m a part of.
Everything was great. I tried angus sandwich and my wife fried eggs with one mocha
Really great place to have breakfast in the city! The size of the meal is not too big but perfect to start your day! Delicious food, especially Turkish bread! Coffee is nice as well! Highly recommend !
