I ordered the huevos rancheros and honestly couldn’t fault it. From the spice, to the portion and the cost, absolutely amazing 10/10. The chicken wrap was also very nice, but the chicken was slightly dry. The flavours were still delicious and generously packed. I also appreciated the sticky chai. The service was good too!

Disappointing customer service and atmosphere. We walked in as a group of four and sat down. One person had a drink from another venue (which no one was consuming). Without any greeting, smile, or basic courtesy, the staff member immediately told us, “No outside food or drinks.” That policy is completely understandable — however, a polite greeting or friendly tone would have gone a long way. To make matters worse, over half the menu was unavailable, with most items sold out, leaving only about three dishes to choose from. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, largely due to the poor attitude of the staff member serving us. Kindness costs nothing, and unfortunately, this experience fell well short of that.

It always sucks when a place with good food has bad service. I think the place was likely understaffed, but when we arrived I asked for a table and was told the place was full. Okay, fine. But when I asked how long it would be until a table might free up, the person just shrugged and said "I don't know". Just from looking around, it was clear several people had finished their meals or were close to done. So I asked if they could maybe give a roundabout number of minutes until they thought a table would be available. Again, they said they didn't know. Do I suggested "maybe it'll just be 5 or 10 minutes?" and they said maybe. And this was all before we even sat down. It was just wild that this person wasn't even able to give an estimate to make sure we stuck around for a table, given how there are many other good places nearby. Thankfully, the food was good. But it was just such a weird experience, followed by very very slow service where we had to ask for a menu, ask for water, etc. after being seated for a while.

I’ve been here several times now for breakfast and it’s never disappointed. The side add-ons to eggs are generous, the coffee is great, and the winter porridge is delicious - not too sweet but with stewed fruit and a delicious glob of slowly melting creme fraiche. Service is fast and friendly.
