Mona Vale Headland Park ( Robert Dunn Reserve)
Mona Vale Headland Park sits on the clifftop with wide ocean views that make it feel more dramatic than your average suburban park. The off-leash area is available 24/7, with a mix of grassy open space and a walking track that leads down towards the Mona Vale golf course. Parts of the park are fenced, and waste bags are provided. It's a popular spot on the Northern Beaches, and the views alone make it worth the visit even on quieter days.

What people say
Easily one of the best spots on the Northern Beaches! Robert Dunn Reserve (Mona Vale Headland) has world-class ocean views and is a total win for dog owners. Highlights: 24/7 Off-Leash: A massive, steep grassy hill that’s perfect for tiring out the pups any time of day. Whale Watching: One of the best vantage points in Sydney during migration season. Facilities: There’s a paved path for strollers/wheelchairs, plus water stations and poo bags provided. Pro Tip: Parking on Narrabeen Park Parade is tight on weekends. It's often easier to park at Mona Vale Beach and enjoy the walk up the cliff path. Perfect for a scenic sunset or a high-energy dog workout!
Off leash dog park with the most amazing views! Nice walking track down to MV golf course.
And amazing Hedland absolutely beautiful stunning views are sort of dog park so be prepared for every dog to come and sniff you and lick you out in that great views
This is a brilliant place to walk dogs (off leash). Slightly sloping with fabulous views of the ocean. Also great views to the North West of the Northern Beaches.
This is a great spot to have a picnic and soak up the sun and scenery. Being off leash for dogs was an added bonus - lots of cute pups around! It wasn’t too busy on a summer weeknight either. Highly recommend.
