Pod Bar Espresso

Came here on Sunday morning around 10:30am, and there was just 1 barista copping a bit of a rush all on her own. Despite a huge line of coffee cup lids that she was working through, her service did not slip one bit! She remained so cheerful and calm, continued to greet regulars by name, and also pumped out one of the best almond caps I've had on the beaches. I'm envious of her nervous system. Will definitely be making more of an effort to get here more often!

Love Pod Bar. My biggest challenge in life now is finding coffee this good when we are away.

There are two versions of me: Pre-Pod Bar Hugh and Post-Pod Bar Hugh. Pre-Pod Bar Hugh was a happy-go-lucky hot choccy drinker with no honest coffee opinions. Post-Pod Bar Hugh? A full-fledged coffee snob, dissecting tasting notes like a judge at a barista competition. Vinnie and the team at Pod Bar Espresso have completely reprogrammed my taste buds. The morning routine has evolved—my wife now rolls out of bed to grab a coffee, and I’m stopping by on my way to work. Bonus points for Vinnie’s impressive coffee cup art. If he ever gets tired of making some of the best coffee on the beaches, he’s got a solid backup career as an artist. If you like good coffee and bad banter, this is the place. Just don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Love the coffee, such a great find in Mona Vale!! A lot of people drive down next to the cafe to pic up coffees like a little drive through for a coffee! So happy to have found this place. Lovely staff who really get to know the locals
