Collers Beach is a small, tucked-away bay south of Mollymook with 24-hour off-leash access. What makes it distinctive are the rock ledges and tidal pools — depending on the tide, there are sheltered pockets for dogs to explore and wade through. The water is generally calmer than the open beach, and you can walk along the waterline through to Mollymook Beach. Parking is limited to a small car park, so it tends to stay quieter than bigger beaches.
24hr off-leash. Dogs must be under effective control at all times.
Love taking dog here for walks around the cliffs. There are lots of ledges and pending the tide level there are lots of little pools for dogs to explore and have fun. Wonderful place and then you can leave dog in car and hit the bogey hole for quick swim after = sensational mornings
I’m obsessed with this gem of a spot. Can walk all along the water to Mollymook beach. There are a lot of dogs so if your not that into dogs you might get a little bit of a shock with them it’s like dog paradise. Water so fresh and nice, cool rocks all around and a close by car park.
Nice little secluded bay. Off leash dog friendly. Can sometimes be a few other dogs around. Small car park. Good for a fish and a dive. Breaks only on big swells. I will be back
Great doggy beach, 24-hour off-leash. Needs bigger parking probably. When my dogs happy, I’m happy.
Stunning little protected beach. Lots of fun doggos and perfect for kids (ours are 2 and 4). Access from the carpark requires a little rock hopping, which is part of what makes this more private than other beaches.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
