⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently celebrated my wife’s birthday at Italo House Bondi, and the experience was made truly memorable thanks to Joaquin. From the moment we arrived, his service and communication were second to none. He struck the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure our evening was special. Joaquin anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive, and his personable approach made us feel completely at ease. It’s rare to encounter someone who can elevate a dining experience through such thoughtful service, but Joaquin did exactly that. His attention to detail and welcoming nature turned a great night into an unforgettable one. We would wholeheartedly recommend Italo House Bondi to anyone whether you’re celebrating a milestone or simply enjoying a night out. With staff like Joaquin, you’re guaranteed not just excellent food, but an experience that leaves you smiling long after you’ve left.
10/10 recommend ⭐️ the food was delicious we had a mix of pizza and pasta dishes - all amazing! Great atmosphere. The part that made the night was the waiter who made our birthday so special and was super attentive. Thank you for a brilliant night, will be back 🤩
I had my birthday there we did a bottomless brunch and it was amazing! Joaquin was incredible; he took care of us the whole time, constantly asking if we needed anything, and the drinks were non stop. All the staff were so interactive with us, and were working hard making our drinks so quickly! Paloma was a great server! The drinks were delicious, all strong and yum! The espresso martini was my favourite! The food was delicious and definitely worth ur money, we got given so much food we couldn’t even eat it all. The lamb ragu was incredible. They offered takeaway containers for the remaining food as well. You definitely get your moneys worth at this place for the bottomless brunch! I can’t thank the staff enough for making my birthday so good. All round just such a good time, I couldn’t recommend this place more!
The “gluten free” pizza is NOT gluten free!! Went here tonight solely because my boyfriend is coeliac and we saw they did gluten free pasta and pizzas. He got the pizza and instantly after eating it felt horrendously sick. We also paid extra for the gluten free pizza just to make him sick anyways??? I asked the waitress was it definitely gluten free and were the toppings gluten free she said “yes but it was probably contaminated in the kitchen” and laughed no sorry no apology just a laugh, I thought it was quite insulting that she’d laugh at this. He is in a lot of pain. I also asked for a pizza with spicy salami and chilli flakes but without basil and it came with basil on top and no chilli flakes. They just did not listen to the order. Really not impressed with the place!!!
we got the gnocchi and they were ok, a little bit undercooked. but then we got the casarecce sausage they were overcooked and watery with raw garlic pieces inside. I will never going here back again. Real italians know that this is not a good pasta
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
